Main responsibilities (Corporate):

• Drafting legal documents including but not limited to: resolutions, minutes, share certificates, structure charts, Power of Attorneys, and other
• Responsible for matters including but not limited to: incorporation of legal entities, compliance with statutory requirements and familiarity with complex multi-jurisdictional structures
• Ensuring compliance and AML legislation and carrying out due diligence on clients
• Ensuring the legality of the Company’s business practices and the Company’s compliance with applicable rules and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with third parties in Cyprus and overseas
• Maintain a good knowledge and handling of corporate law matters and be up to date with developments
• Serving as primary support for the Operations Manager
• Becoming involved in any ad-hoc projects and provide support accordingly

Main responsibilities (Banking):

• Opening of Bank Accounts, with all major well-known banks in Cyprus and overseas for Cyprus and other International jurisdictions
• Obtain details from a client and prepare a Bank Summary, presenting the business successfully to local and international banks, with minimum supervision
• Consulting with clients regarding bank account opening process and bank options locally and worldwide and complete the process
• Assist in developing relationships with new banks, obtain information required to open accounts, develop the process and communicate it to other departments
• Maintaining the bank database

Main requirements:

•  Demonstrated work experience of minimum four years in the corporate/banking sector or in a similar position
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with virtual teams and a fast-paced business environment
• Fluency in (business) English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the Group, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload and proactive and creative thinking
• Good problem abilities with strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Management and leadership skills and qualities
• Excellent client service skills
• A flexible working approach is necessary to complement the skilled team
• Eligible to work in Cyprus
• Fully conversant with corporate procedures and statutory forms and documentation
