bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analytics Team (FP&A) to join our office in Limassol.
The ideal candidate will be confident, analytical, and a great team player. A genuine passion for transformation, combined with relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills will be key to success.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for the business unit, understanding its processes and goals to determine the best solutions for achieving objectives.
- Consult with business leaders to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope, including business planning, risk balancing, and deal analysis.
- Develop, automatize and process current management reporting and budgeting processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to support the business unit.
- Proactively drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the business unit.
- Review, analyze, and manage the key controls within the business unit.
- Prepare presentations of the business unit’s performance report.
- Work with IT department to improve development of program reports and data integrity.
Requirements for the position:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.
- Industry experience as Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, or FP&A is an advantage.
- ACCA or ACA member.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, particularly pivot tables.
- Experience with accounting software, with SAP Business One being preferable.
- Excellent command in Greek and English, Russian as an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a team and step in as Head of Finance during absences.
- Ability to assertively validate financial data.
- Character, maturity, and the ability to earn respect and trust from the Team.
