Sparkle Media Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join our international team in Cyprus. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the whole sales process including leads generation, qualifying leads, closing deals, taking care of financial side of the deals, post sale service, planning and implementing follow-up activities, attending industry conferences around the world.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing current market needs and competition
• Driving new leads and sales for the company portfolio of digital products
• Consulting new and existing clients about current offers, ways of campaigns optimization
• Representing company at the industry trade shows

We are looking for:

• Self starter with the passion for sales and reaching goals
• Min 3 years of experience in sales, online marketing and advertising (good knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics tools, email marketing are required)
• A degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business administration or similar would be a plus
• A creative thinker with good verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized person who has an eye for details
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communicator and team player
