Our client, an international company offering outsourced customer service facilities, operating in Japan, is seeking to recruit a successful candidate to fill in the position of Affiliate Manager (Japanese Speaking) for their office in London, UK.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:

• Recruiting new affiliates via social media and internet search;
• Negotiating deals with affiliates for their fees;
• Verifying pending new affiliate registrations;
• Communicating with affiliates on an everyday basis via Emails, Phone, Skype;
• Managing and optimizing an affiliate channel and maximizing the performance;
• Analyzing affiliate performance and campaign activity;
• Creating and oversee all affiliate campaigns;
• Calculating affiliate commissions;

Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:

• University degree or relevant work experience in online marketing, affiliate management within the Financial Services industry;
• Native Japanese speaker with a good command of the English language;
• Computer literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must;
• Pleasant personality and strong communicator;
