Job Description

Our Client is a Leading Insurance Company and they are looking for Task Force Team members. The successful candidate will be the primary ambassador of the Company’s renowned customer service. They deliver on their promise to “be there” when customers need them most after an accident, a breakdown, a property incident or health emergency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attending the scene of the accident, completing and recording all necessary information related to the accident
  • Responsible for assisting our customer at the scene i.e. injuries might need to be followed at the hospital, the vehicle shall be moved or transported to a garage
  • Visiting the scene of a property claim and completing all necessary documents
  • Providing customers with branded customer service on the spot
  • Offering mechanical breakdown and road side assistance
  • Preparing condition reports for both vehicles and properties
  • Performing outbound campaigns as may be required
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

Requirements

  • University degree or proven practical experience in a Mechanical-related field will be considered an advantage
  • Motor Cycle Driving License (at least 125cc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
