PrimeXM is a leading Fintech provider focusing on providing cutting-edge liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, ultra-low-latency connectivity, institutional grade hosting solutions and MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions.

The Level-1 Technical Support team is responsible for providing first line support to company’s clients. The team is the initial point of contact for all incidents and requests that come through via chat, email or phone.

We are looking for talented individuals to become part of our Global Level-1 Technical Support team.

The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary training and tools to be able to provide our clients with a highly skillful and professional experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming client requests via chat, email and phone
  • Creating a positive and professional customer support experience
  • Provide support to any issues reported by clients in a quick and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases
  • Reporting to the Head of Level-1 Technical Support team

Required Skills

  • IT/Technical education AND/OR work experience is desired
  • Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts (training will be provided)
  • Experience in customer support role would be considered a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Results driven and self-motivated
  • Willing and available to work on night shifts
