We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and dynamic individual for the position of Insurance – Card Processing Sales Advisor, to be based in our Head office in Nicosia.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a committed team member who consistently achieves customer service goals, productivity and sales targets, while adding significant value to the Company’s commitment of exceeding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting, promoting and selling Insurance Products and Card Processing Services in order to fit the customer’s needs
• Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints with efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Explaining policy details to customers, including benefits, covers, services and policy exclusions with utmost honesty and transparency
• Developing strong customer relationships
• Handling cash and proceeding with banking transactions
• Willing to travel to other cities throughout Cyprus when required

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or studies in a related field
• Basic Insurance Certificate (PASC) or Insurance Diploma is a requirement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales and customer service field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and quick learner
• Sales-target oriented
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Remuneration

A very attractive package of remuneration depending on experience and qualifications which includes: Basic Salary, Provident Fund, Health Care Plan and Performance Bonus.
