Ergo Home Group is looking for an IT Assistantto join our team.

The main Responsibilities will be

• Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems
• Configuring hardware and software such as printers or routers, and providing daily support for computer network users
• Setting up peripherals such as printers, router, computers
• Help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems
• Contracts with vendors in case of network or other failures

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• A minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity providing IT Support is essential
• An interest in technology and the desire to learn and improve
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English (Written & Spoken)
• Attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
