Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining high personnel engagement and satisfaction
• Active participation in corporate event planning
• Managing benefits programs
• Recruiting talent - developing job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, CV screening and classifying shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Recommending updates to HR policies
• Generating HR reporting
• Perfuming general HR administrative tasks
• Organize training sessions, workshops and activities

Key Requirements

• Confident, dynamic, energetic and creative personality
• Relevant experience and/or educational degree in Human Resources Management or business administration, or similar
• Fluency in both Greek and English
• Knowledge of the financial industry is advantageous
• Self-motivated and have the ability to motive personnel
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
