Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.

Due to our continuous growth and the opening of a new office, we seek to hire an Office Administrator to join our Limassol HQ.


  • Organizing the office, maintaining its condition and arranging for any necessary repairs, renovations, etc.
  • Managing phone calls and internal correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Tracking stock of all office supplies and placing orders where necessary
  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Organizing the office transportation schedule in coordination with the company’s drivers
  • Assisting the Head of HR with planning and organising company events
  • Managing Petty cash
  • Assisting the Office Manager in her daily tasks as needed


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is required
  • Able to plan and prioritize daily tasks
  • Experience within an international working environment considered an advantage
  • Great organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
