Project Manager to join our growing Operations team in Nicosia, Cyprus. As our Associate Project Manager, you will be onboarding clients to our exchange platform and supporting their product needs. Responsibilities

• Manage and organize workflow of cross-functional team members
• Ensure the team consistently delivers the product to the client on time
• Manage relationships between corporate clients and Shift’s team
• Gain intimate understanding of blockchain-related business models
• Ensure best product fit for clients
• Work with our team on feature development to ensure healthy designs
• Work with product managers to create and implement workflow processes
• Guide new clients from onboarding to launch of their exchanges
• Provide personalized service to clients with a diverse array of product needs
• Communicate daily with clients

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient using Google apps
• Tech savvy and keeps up with current industry events
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Critical thinker and problem solver who is also a quick learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to communicate clearly & spontaneously in English
• Fluency in additional languages is a bonus
• Easily guides clients who have limited English language proficiency
• Extraordinary ability to multi-task with quickly changing priorities
• An interest in cryptocurrency is strongly preferred

Qualifications

• 0 to 2+ years of experience in financial project management
• Client-facing experience is a plus
• University diploma preferred

This is a full-time, permanent position. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Nicosia, Cyprus. The gross salary is 1250-1500 Euro per month, depending on experience.
