Cyprus Casinos (Operated by Melco Group) is looking for a Commercial Manager in Limassol.

POSITION SUMMARY:

To assist the Director, Commercial in the procurement of Project capital works and administration of contracts follows industry-recognised good practice, adheres to accepted professional standards and achieves value for money within the applicable Project time & quality constraints.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the cost consultant in the execution of its duties including preparation of cost plans, tender pre-estimates and post-contract administration.
• Developing and maintaining the project cost report with comparisons of committed and forecast cost against approved budget. Identifying and reporting financial risks and opportunity. Providing cash flow forecasts,
• Evaluating contractors’ tenders and proposals and making recommendations for award.
• Contract administration and management of interim and final accounts.
• Implementing procedures for the commercial management and reporting of design changes and the issue of instructions to consultants and contractors.

• Ready to work at irregular hours, including weekends and evenings

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• BSc in Building /Quantity Surveying and/or MCIOB or MRICS
• At least 15 years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel
