The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of internal projects relating to the provision of HR and Recruitment services of the company.

The Responsibilities:

• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts, conducting interviews and assisting in the hiring process
• Maintaining employee records according to policies
• Maintaining the HR System
• Using the Online Recruitment system for job applications
• Assisting in the on boarding process of new joiners
• Assisting in ad hoc projects
• Collecting references for new joiners
• Representing the Firm in recruitment events

The Individual:

• Must be a holder of bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Occupational Psychology or Business Administration or any other related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel, word)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to work effectively within a group
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages both verbal and written
• Relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
