TUS Airways is inviting candidates to submit their CV applications for the following position which must fulfil the requirements below:

Engineering Records & Technical Library Administrator

The Engineering Records & Technical Library Administrator reports to the Technical Services Manager (TSM) and ensures compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the follow-up of safety reports and process errors to mitigate repeat occurrences, reducing costs and increasing safety.
  • Administration of the Company document management system for engineering Technical Library.
  • Assists in the provision of periodic data evaluation reports on the safety and compliance engineering performance as an input to the management evaluation.
  • Ensures the communication of engineering data and information to all personnel and relevant contractors or external providers.
  • Assists in the measurement of safety & quality performance for the engineering department.
  • Assists in the daily operation of the engineering department, AD/SB/OIT/SIB distributing to relevant contractors/subcontractors.
  • Reviews the aircraft technical logs for completeness and compliance with Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) procedures.
  • Assists in Review of the aircraft technical records provided by the maintenance organizations.
  • Liaises with the maintenance organizations in case of incorrect or incomplete
  • Records.
  • Updates digital records archives.
  • Maintains accurate records of all checks, services and maintenance or repair activities.
  • Ensures secure storage of technical records.
  • Collects, dispatches, and archives technical documentation and manuals from EASA/FAA, OEM, STC holders, vendors, etc.
  • Interacts with OEM, STC holders and vendors to keep technical documentation up to date.
  • Administers Airbus World, IQSMS, ETL and any other engineering software.
  • Ensures availability of Form 1’s for all components installed on TUS Fleet.
  • Liaises with colleagues within and outside Technical Records to ensure availability of up to date and correct Maintenance Records.
  • Provides support to compile records for Aircraft transfers.
  • Provides recommendations and improvements of technical procedures and processes.
  • Manages projects as directed by Lead Engineer.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Entry level accepted
  • Professional, proactive and accurate
  • Knowledge of aviation technical terminology will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with aviation maintenance software will be considered an advantage.
  • Good team player, flexible, self-starter and proactive.
  • Good administration skills with attention to details.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficient in Greek and English languages.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
