CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of services and solutions to the iGaming sector, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Solutions Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for researching, identifying, and implementing payment solutions on behalf of clients. Previous experience in the online casino or online gambling industry, specifically in the payment solutions domain is highly desirable, with strong knowledge of different payment methods, gateways, and processors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze various payment solutions available in the market specifically for online casinos.
  • Identify and evaluate payment providers, gateways, and processors that are suitable for the iGaming industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess the integration and compatibility of payment solutions with internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for online gambling payment processing.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish partnerships with payment service providers to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
  • Monitor and analyze payment trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and payment solution providers to address any issues related to payment processing or depositing.
  • Provide customer support and guidance to resolve payment-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate smooth deposit transactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest payment technologies, security measures, and fraud prevention techniques in the online gambling industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless payment experiences for customers.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the online casino or online gambling industry, specifically in the payment solutions domain, is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of different payment methods, gateways, and processors used in the online gambling industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to online gambling payment processing.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to evaluate payment solutions based on security, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills to establish partnerships and maintain relationships with payment service providers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot payment-related issues and provide prompt and efficient customer support.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple payment projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of risk management and fraud prevention strategies in online payment processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated individual who does not shy away from taking ownership and responsibilities in a challenging environment.
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
