Noteris services Limited, on behalf of IRONFX is looking to hire a Receptionist / Office Administrator for our Limassol premises.

IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. IronFX is operating under of multiple of reputable licenses and offices around the world.

The ideal candidate for this dual role must have proven multitasking and organizational skills, take initiatives and handle properly daily issues that may arise from time to time.

Job Description:

  • Ensure the efficient running of the office from an administrative side
  • Manage phone calls & correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Meeting and greeting visitors/prepare the conference rooms before any meetings
  • Responsible to ensure both conference rooms are accurately booked for meetings
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, drivers and security services
  • Assisting in travel arrangements/appointments the Travel manager when necessary
  • Collaborate with HR team and assist with the planning of corporate events
  • Track stocks of office supplies & lace orders when is required
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease

Person Specification:

  • Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration Studies or any other relevant degree
  • Hands on experience in a large scale company is advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, oral and written
  • Great communication and organisational skills is essential
  • Prior experience in the FX market will be considered an advantage
