CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international company operating in the Engineering & Construction field, we are seeking to recruit a Site Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for handling all administrative tasks, requirements and potential issues that arise relating to construction and engineering sites. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Business Administration or another relevant field and possess approximately 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within the Engineering & Construction industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages and controls the Site stores that include materials and consumables.
  • Manages and coordinates onsite personnel and facilities.
  • Manages all the accounts and petty cash onsite.
  • Records all spendings and invoices from suppliers, subcontractors, etc.…
  • Communicates with local authorities for all permits.
  • Manages communication with insurance companies.
  • Manages personnel well-being on site.
  • Organization of transportation of personnel from and to the site.
  • Organizes all clearance and inland transportation for equipment and materials being sent from abroad.
  • Plans and conducts Management review meetings and reports the meeting minutes.
  • Issues and analyzes improvement action forms and follows up.
  • Monitors and report stakeholders complaints and requests.
  • Responsible for compiling and analyzing incident reports.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of previous experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within in the Engineer & Construction field.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping is desirable.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency.
  • Able to work under own initiative.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
