MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing clients' trading agreements.
  • Processing daily transactions.
  • Maintaining clients' records.
  • Log details relating to the customer complaints, enquiries, feedbacks.
  • Perform efficient reconciliations of customer transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
  • Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of clients' documentation.
  • Carrying out Know Your Client procedure.
  • Assist the Compliance Officer with any necessary tasks.
  • Reviewing and overseeing the work of the Back Office Assistants.
  • Implement quality controls and procedures to ensure a high level of clients' satisfaction.
  • Any other relevant activities not listed above that may occur on an as and when basis.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Previous experience within similar position.
  • Educated to Degree level or the equivalent in finance or similar sector
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced level of computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel and Word);
  • CySEC certificate would be an advantage.
