Purchasing and properly storing all the products and raw materials needed to operate a luxury hotel is considered a very important function within KANIKA Hotels & Resorts.

Working along with the rest of the team and cooperating with various other departments within the hotel, you will be sharing the vision of Kanika Hotels & Resorts, to offer guests an amazing holiday experience in Cyprus.

What we expect from you:

• Inspect deliveries and date times to verify freshness, cleanliness and quality
• Monitor the par levels in the stores and practice a First In – First Out policy
• Ensure that all near to expiry items are being returned back to the suppliers on time
• Prepare the daily departmental requisitions and deliver them on time with courtesy
• Ensure that the Storage areas (dry, refrigerated etc.) are spotlessly clean and tidy at all times
• Assist the Purchasing Officer whenever necessary with other duties

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Good command of the Greek and English languages
• Organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
