CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Middle Office Officer to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for supporting both the Front and Back-Office functions of the company by monitoring and analyzing trades and pricing, applying dividends, corporate actions and stocks splits and delisting on the trading platform as instructed. You will ideally hold previous, relevant experience working in the Forex and/or Financial Services sector, although training will be provided and possess good knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Front Office, Back office and Management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing trades and pricing.
  • Apply dividends, corporate actions and stocks splits and delisting on the trading platform as per the instructions given/requirements set by the client facing group entities.
  • MAM creation and reconciliation against SUB accounts.
  • Set up the infrastructure for various types of accounts (e.g. introducing partners and slave accounts).
  • Configure clients’ groups on MT4/MT5.
  • IB onboarding support.
  • Daily SWAP updates.
  • Support the team on resolution of complex issues arising on day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare monthly trading Schedule and configure those in the trading platform.
  • Future contracts expiration schedule and configure those in the trading platform.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in Forex and/or Financial Services is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables.
  • Good mathematical ability is a must.
  • Any knowledge MT4/MT5 Admin and Manager is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is useful.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure efficiently.
  • Willing to learn to develop.
