Location: Larnaca

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Partners with the leadership team to champion employee engagement and culture transformation • Build trusting consultative relationships with employees and management
  • Foster diversity and inclusion with an emphasis on building high performing teams • Provide support around HR strategies that drive the vision, culture and business needs on a company wide level
  • Ensures that the employee’s voices are heard through culture surveys, exit interviews, focus groups, one to one’s, and any other means necessary
  • Clearly links initiatives back to the voice of the employee and shares successes
  • Participates in the development of engagement plans and helps drive actions at all levels from group-wide initiatives
  • Assist key stakeholders in the development of coaching and mentoring programs
  • Facilitates a wide range of employee engagement activities to support a positive work environment
  • Research best practices related to employee engagement and implement quality programs
  • Keep track of data relating to turnover and retention to measure success
  • Contribute to ensuring the development and implementation of an effective performance management system
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements

  • University/College diploma in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of HR and employee relations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must possess the highest level of integrity and have a proven ability to gain trust from all levels of the business
  • Conveys emotional intelligence and cultivates strong relationships
  • Impeccable organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment whilst exercising sound judgment
