Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and hire Fintech Talents through various recruitment methods, including social media, headhunting, job boards, referrals and networking.
- Contribute to continuously evolving recruitment processes and reviewing processes to identify and attract top talents
- Create a network of candidates through headhunting techniques and attending networking events
- Compose content, including adverts and job descriptions, and ensure internal applicants are sought and considered.
- Provide suggestions on strengthening and developing TTP’s employment brand that attracts the best candidates.
- Liaise with the department’s managers to design a forward-looking, best-in-class executive recruitment strategy.
- Undertake applicant screening to present a concise shortlist and organise interviews for the hiring managers accordingly
- Review assessment and testing methods and develop them to ensure they are efficient and fit for purpose
- Make job offers and ensure a smooth handover into the HR new starter process
- Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of solid hands-on experience in recruitment within the Fintech industry
- At least a year of experience in a tech recruiting role will be a big plus
- BSc/MSc in Business, HR, Occupational Psychology or any other related field
- Resourceful with solid communication and organisational skills
- Business acumen
- Committed to excellence, continuous improvement and achieving success.
- An enthusiastic team player with a solid drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Technically strong with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Lever (Applicant Tracking System) will be a plus
