On behalf of our client, an established and expanding Fiduciary Services Provider with international clients, seeks to recruit a Banking Administrator to join the Banking Team in Nicosia.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: - Execution of Bank payments on behalf of clients. - Direct communication with the clients and the banks for any banking related tasks. - Opening Corporate and Personal bank accounts in Cyprus and abroad. - Collecting and reviewing KYC documents for the onboarding of new clients. - Assist clients with all their banking requests/requirements. - Collecting and reviewing KYC documents for the onboarding of new clients. - Maintaining the bank database system. - Perform transaction monitoring review. - All administrative functions to support the banking operations.

Key Skills/Experience: - Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any other related field. - Previous experience in fiduciary or professional services/banking institution will be considered an advantage. - Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Russian language will be an advantage). - CySEC Advance Certification will be considered an advantage. - Strong communication skills. - Responsible and highly organized with attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
