Versatility is key and given that much of our customers are based in Europe, where one state or territory may be home for a wide range of European, speaking any number of languages, we are in constant search for those talented, dedicated, and professional individuals who would be able to serve our customers in whatever language they feel comfortable with, regardless of the place they chose to reside in. If you have excellent English skills but also master any of the following languages- (Norwegian) then you are the person we are searching for.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English skills
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Previous experience as a support agent will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communication with customers via online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
