On Behalf of our client, a regional tourism development agency is looking for a young enthusiastic Project Officer to join the team.

Job Summary

The Project Officer will assist in implementing European-funded projects and Digital Marketing and dissemination Campaigns.

The candidate should be driven by flexibility and adaptability in managing various projects and tasks of different subjects with desk research and content preparation skills with professional responsibility and accountability.

Job Responsibilities • Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (inc. paid campaigns, hosting international media & bloggers, etc) • Monitoring the overall progress and deliverables of the EU-funded projects (desk research, literature review, reporting, surveys, training materials, etc.) • Creating creative content (flyers, posters, booklets, presentations, website content, Social Media publications (e.g., reels, stories) • Organising diverse types of events • Cooperating with project partners and stakeholders and participating in project meetings, webinars, workshops Note: Extensive travelling is required for this position

Job Skills & Required Qualifications • Degree in any of the following areas: Humanities, multimedia arts, Digital marketing, or any relevant field. • Experience in managing European Commission-funded projects (at least 1 year) • Good knowledge of project management tools and practices (Gantt Chart, Microsoft, European platforms) • Good knowledge of creative content / graphic designing tools • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English and Greek • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Time management and strong organizational skills • Passion to work on regional development projects and regional promotional campaigns.
