bbf is one of the fastest growing real estate group of companies on the Cyprus, Greece and other markets, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Purchasing Officer to BBF.Design (luxury furniture shop).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1. Source and purchase furniture products from suppliers
2. Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability.
3. Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions accordingly.
4. Communicate with vendors on product availability, delivery times, etc.
5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
6. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, payments, etc.
8. Provide monthly reports on purchasing activities.

Requirements for the position:

1. 2+ years experience in procurement
2. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
3. Knowledge of furniture industry trends and best practices.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Understanding of supply chain procedures.
6. English language is a must; Russian and Greek will be considered an advantage.
