Business Development Executive
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of the team that manages communication with partners, investors & suppliers, builds trustworthy relationships with potential and existing partners of our branch network and contributes to strategic projects. Meanwhile, you will operate to ensure beneficial partnerships for the whole organization, meeting all needs that arise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Presents and analyzes company’s profile, strategic project planning and financial investment plans to potential partners
- Structures and analyzes financial models in order to present them to potential partners and to company’s top management
- Manages and evaluates investment interest, threats and opportunities of each potential cooperation, while communicates the company’s requirements to the potential investors
- Negotiates, seeking solid and valuable agreements in the targeted frame and seals new business agreements
- Maintains and develops business relationships with investors and suppliers
- Manages projects efficiently and coordinates individual work groups, ensuring the timely and effective projects’ completion
- Monitors and evaluates the individual stages, starting from the official contract signature to the launch of operation
- Enters data and draw up department’s reports
Experience & Education
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in Commercial, Sales or Network Development Department or equivalent
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using other technical tools
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (verbal and written)
- Numerical and basic economic and technical data comprehension
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Organizational skills, time management and multitasking
- Readiness to work in a team-oriented workplace with precise and systematic way
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Flexibility to travel abroad on a basis of needs assessment
- Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
