CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding developer of cutting edge mobile applications, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Android Developer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will work as part of a team of talented software developers tasked with developing new features as well as enhancing existing features within the product portfolio. You will be educated to degree level in Computer Science or a related field and possess sound knowledge of Java as well as overall object-orientated concepts. Some basic experience with Android development is highly desirable and fluency in both Greek & English is a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern and functional code in Java/Kotlin.
• Work on new product features as well as the enhancement of existing features.
• Incorporate new Android release features into existing code.
• Ensuring the quality and performance of applications to specifications.
• Assist the rest of the team in deploying software for customers.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good knowledge in Java and overall Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic experience with Android Development.
• Familiarity with Android design principals and application interface guidelines is highly desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication in the Greek and English Language.
• Self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-moving software development team.
