Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in the field of Business Administration or Hospitality Management will be considered as an advantage
  • At least 2 years work experience in equivalent position
  • Excellent Knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Team work spirit
  • Interpersonal & Communicational skills

Duties:

  • Responsible for the operations of the business according to OB standards.
  • Works on the floor and ensure a great and brand aligned guest experience.
  • Responsible for crew schedules, queries and training needs.
  • Responsible for stock, issues & recording.
  • Ensure that all financials are up to OB standards.
  • Financial controls & budgets.
  • Adhering to the company’s hygiene, and safety standards, HACCP.
