Job Requirements include:

• Making drinks to specific recipes and serving food

• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service

• Handling cash and other forms of payment and making proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system.

• Maintaining proper cash drawer balances

• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area

• Maintaining proper product pars through bar pulls and inventories, stocking liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout the shift

• Properly labelling, dating, covering, and refrigerating prepared items for the bar

• Performing opening, closing, and side duties – setting up/breaking down the bar

• Creating memorable experiences and entertaining guests to create “Raving Fans”

• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Maintaining a good appearance and following all uniform guidelines

• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere

Qualifications Required:

• Work permit for Cyprus

• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of Greek and English. The knowledge of another language will be considered as a plus
