Requirements:

• Excellent Knowledge of English Language both written and oral is Necessary.
• University /College or other Degree in a relevant field.
• At least one year previous experience in Retention in a regulated financial services company is considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients via phone, email.
