Job Description:

You will act as the main point of contact for our corporate customers who are integrating their eCommerce systems to  gateway technologies. 

Advice provided will include in-depth integration instructions for the Payment Gateway and advice as to the best methods of integration to meet the customer's requirements.

You will also provide 1st Line Technical support to our partners and merchants.


• You will have experience in managing multiple projects with external customers, preferably in an Implementation or Project Management role, ideally in a technical environment.

• You have strong Customer Support Skills.

• You  should speak and write fluent English, any additional language is a plus, Russian language is a big plus.

• You are comfortable communicating with the RnD and IT people.

 You will be familiar with the following: 

 Working within a customer facing technical team or environment

 HTML with CSS / XML / JavaScript / JSON

 Client / server principals ideally with knowledge of web server and application technologies

 Desktop and mobile browser knowledge
