BigChange Cyprus Ltd is seeking to recruit an Implementations Officer to offer excellent customer service to its clients.

JobWatch Software is a Field Service Management (FSM) solution that provides a paperless solution to Plan manage to schedule your mobile workforce. Main Software Features are Scheduling, CRM, Stock Management, Financial, GPS tracking solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define System design by analysing business requirements
• Evaluating & Coordinating implementation for the system
• Conducting research & analysis to support solution design
• Provide System consultancy support to clients & educate clients on system features & functionality
• Provide training and help the initial set up of all aspects of the system

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Very good knowledge of Greek & English language
• Excellent verbal, writing communication & presentation skills
• Excellent Computer skills – An intermediate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Quick learning
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent problem analysis & debugging skills
