Account Manager, Nicosia – AM/03/23

On behalf of a client, a leading IT solutions and services organization, we are looking for an Account Manager to join a growing and successful team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with existing customers whilst bringing on new customers who can benefit from company’s products.

Position’s duties and responsibilities

Having the full responsibility of the Account Management Cycle, the main duties will be to:

• Establish new and maintain existing relationships with organizations exploring possible needs and opportunities for business development and in generating new sales leads
• Work with the company’s presales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating the prospect’s needs in order to conclude on the proper solution and proceed with a proposal submission
• Prepare and submit solution proposals
• Ensure customer satisfaction through account management activities and generation of new opportunities

Positions’ requirements

• University / College degree in Business Administration / IT or any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT (Software) related sales position is required
• Practical understanding of software commercial processes
• Experience with ERP / CRM software will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
• Business acumen and solution focused
• Dynamic and self-motivated
• Ability to engage others and build interpersonal relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong numeric skills and attention to detail
