Due Diligence Analyst

We are currently looking for a Due Diligence analyst to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Codellon Limited has been providing first-class support services to the online betting and gaming industry including the Marathonbet brand. Some of the areas we specialise in are marketing, quality assurance, finance, customer service, anti-fraud, and compliance.

Reports to: Internal Security Manager, Internal Security

Purpose of the Role: To protect financial security of the Company by safeguarding the business against internal and external fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

The Counterparty Due Diligence (CDD) Analyst is accountable for completing CDD reviews for new and existing counterparties.

Completion of counterparty due diligence counterparties.

Review the risk profile of new counterparties and their business activity and complete a risk assessment and recommendation on their suitability for onboarding.

Complete new CDD reviews at different levels of due diligence depending on the risk profile Basic, Simplified, Standard. Risk assessments to include analysis of findings, identification of any red flags and mitigation.

Analyse substantial amounts of data.

Verify evidence obtained and identify red flags and other areas of concern.

Escalate issues that require further investigation.

Support other due diligence analysts within the team.

Prioritize workload with shifting demands and priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Work to tight deadlines and often under pressure.

Complete risk assessments of counterparties in line with counterparty due diligence policies and procedures

Other

Working closely with all the key stakeholders from various departments within the business, as and when required.

Escalating issues to Internal Security Manager as appropriate.

Keeping abreast of professional knowledge by participating in training, maintaining personal networks and studying developments in quality management within the industry.

Undertaking other reasonable duties as instructed by senior management.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word and Excel.
