Responsibilities

  • Work with a specialized cross-functional team to conceptualize, design, prototype, test, and ship features for our patient-facing experiences, as well as our admin-facing experiences
  • Talk to customers and learn about their challenges and workflows
  • Translate open-ended concepts into both long-term objectives and tactical needs
  • Help measure the effectiveness of our feature ideas and how well they meet their objectives
  • Design, document, and maintain a design system to help our Design team scale
  • Review and share work with your fellow designers and collaborators
  • Inventing and designing web applications that provide compelling and seamless customer experiences
  • Developing high-level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction
  • Driving and delivering consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX designs
  • Working closely with product owners, developers, and researchers to create both new products and features and extend existing ones
  • Translating customer insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around it
  • Commissioning and participating in user research and testing activities, and drawing the insight needed to make informed and user-centered design decisions
  • Working with project stakeholders to help understand and define customer value
  • Experience with digital marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working for a product-driven company (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong experience designing business and consumer-focused products (Bonus for experience designing data-dense products)
  • Have a diverse portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft intuitive experiences
  • Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team and giving/ingesting feedback in a thoughtful way
  • Open-minded and are willing to be proven wrong
  • Attentive to detail and always determined to push work to the next level
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment, ability to iterate quickly and fail fast
  • Experience in creating and using personas, CJMs, mind maps, low & high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes
  • Proficiency in using graphic editing tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe products, and others)
  • Strong visual skills
  • Teamwork experience
  • Ability to present and articulate UX decisions
  • Knowledge of user testing methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Good spoken and written English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the IT industry
  • Experience in industries with similar complexity that Health Care in the US
  • Animation skills
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment where priorities adjust as needed
