Sveltos Hotel is seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses for immediate recruitment.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Social, polite and friendly personality.
• Great communicator both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of English language is necessary. Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail and able to work fast under pressure.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working station.
• Previous working experience is essential.
• Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Cyprus resident with all necessary legal documents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as soon as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus.
• Taking the customers’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation.
• Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them to the tables.
• Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, suggestive selling for desserts or coffees, giving bills and processing payments.
• Operating the beverage and coffee preparation stations if necessary.
• Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials.
