KUL-T Boutiques are currently looking to recruit an experienced Visual Merchandiser for KUL-T Boutiques at Casino complex, City of Dreams Mediterranean in Limassol.

Located on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, KULT is a string of boutiques which showcases both designer menswear and womenswear, while constantly striving to exceed expectations in the luxury retail environment. KULT began in 1998, with the aim of providing Thanos resorts and hotels’ guests an exclusive shopping experience, and then continued its journey into the cities with two standalone boutiques. Today’s four locations, KULT Almyra, KULT Anassa, KULT Limassol and KULT Nicosia are well established multi brand boutiques with international brands, showcased alongside emerging designers. Later this year, KULT will open two new locations: a spacious new boutique inside the seafront Tower One in Limassol plus in the new luxury Casino complex, City of Dreams Mediterranean. Our recent expansions mirror the need to constantly evolve and explore the new borders of cutting-edge fashion and trends. To Support with our digital expansion, we are looking for experienced Visual Merchandisers.

Responsibilities:

Visual merchandisers to be responsible for designing and creating attractive visual displays for retail boutiques in alignment with strict brand guidelines.

• Follow up the Visual identity and secure commercial level through creating inviting windows, well-styled mannequins and high-level garment presentation in line with brand guidelines.

• Launch and maintain sales campaigns and brand activations

• Identify opportunities to increase sales through visual merchandising.

• Support, coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.

• Ensure together with the store team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with practices and techniques related to visual.

• Detail-orientated and organized.

• Experience in the luxury fashion industry will be considered as an advantage.

• Fluency in English

• A flexible, approachable attitude with good creative and problem-solving skills

• Team player, enjoying collaboration with the other members of the management team.

• Strong communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate team members to offer a great customer experience.

• Commercial awareness

• Open-minded, flexible and adaptable to changes.

• Luxury retail experience will be advantageous.
