Requirements:

  • Ability to undertake and perform duties to a satisfactory level in a busy work environment

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Follow brand standards and international rules

  • Achieve station targets

  • Execute food recipes

  • Follow the rules regarding labelling, dating and refrigerating items

  • Maintain a sparkling clean, tidy station and kitchen throughout the shift while following hygiene requirements
