Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English skills
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communication with customers via online-chats, e-mails
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
