Position: Front-End Web Developer

Department: Web Development

Reports To: Head of Web Development

Location:Larnaca - Cyprus

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Responsible for the interface of all company's websites
• Cooperate with designers to match visual design intent
• Keep a consistent and branded look
• Responsible for the translation of each website into the necessary languages
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Creates and sends mass emails to clients for promotions and updates
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript and familiar with frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, Angular or React
• Basic knowledge with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, Python or Coldfusion
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
