We are the leading experts in printing and computer services for homes and business and are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic, reliable and personable Manager to head our retail store and provide technical sales assistance to our valued customers.

About You

Ideally you are a technology enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

An individual who possesses a strong interest in computing (with or without technical skills)

Someone with exceptional decision making abilities

The Role

As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. This will include managing stock levels, coordinating product replenishment and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will use your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implement changes, and ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of service.

If you have the technical skills, you will utilize your knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to our customers. You will be able to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and provide repairs to printers and laptops. You will provide guidance on product selection, and offer tailored recommendations to meet our customer’s needs.

Key Requirements

Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, be adaptable to change and have a willingness to learn and grow.

A full, clean driving license

Greek and English speaker
