The Captain will ensure the smooth running of the Restaurants, Conference Rooms and Event Halls. He/she will make sure that all food and beverage products are served promptly and in the most efficient and effective manner. He/she will deliver the highest possible standards of service to guests, through continuous training. The Head Waiter A will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving the Restaurants’ profitability in accordance with Hotel policies, procedures and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in table service.
• Good knowledge of English is essential. Greek and Russian are preferable. Other languages are considered an additional advantage.
• Three seasons/years’ experience in similar work.
• Knowledge, experience of luxury hotel service is an advantage
• Pleasant, willing and friendly personality.
• Excellent problem solving skills and patient personality
• Supervisory/leadership and excellent communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable based skills and experience
Location: Limassol, CY You must be permitted to work in this country.
