Job Description / Role and Responsibilities
- Identifies customer needs and engineering adaptations of products and services to proposed secure solutions
- Prospects and generates new business opportunities which add value to the company;
- Creates and delivers presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value proposition
- Manages all technical aspects of Requests for participation in tenders
- Models the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and architects and/or suppliers.
- Ensures that all tenders are well prepared and conform with the Group policy and adhere to solicitation request
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical information by answering questions and requests.
- Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
- Provides technical information and training to Customers
- Prepares maintenance agreements and ensures after sales support.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and application trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepares and submits monthly comprehensive sales Reports
- Achieves agreed sales targets and results as per agreed schedule
- Monitors the local market in order to identify the potential threats and opportunities;
- Identifies new solutions based on the need of the market;
- Effectively communicates client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Keeps up to date domain knowledge of the business & industry
- Implements the procedures for the realization and completion of internal control according to the standards of the parent company
- Ensures the effectiveness of audits by ensuring that all necessary relevant principles are observed for the documented presentation of reports and data with accuracy and security.
- Collaborates with those responsible for the development and maintenance of procedures for the documented presentation of reports and data with accuracy and security
Required Skills & Competencies
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Engineering and/or Business Administration and/or in other relevant field. MBA is considered an advantage
- Experience in sales experience (2 years minimum)
- Experience in the Security Industry is considered an advantage
- ETEK Membership is considered an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Computer literate
- Social Media Knowledge
- IT and Systems’ software knowledge and understanding
- Effective Communication, listening and negotiation skills
