Our client, a boutique advisory, transaction management and real estate partnership, seeks to hire a Transactions Officer in Nicosia. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee & provide support on the monetization of RE assets
• Maintain relationships with RE sales agents, 3rd party asset managers and other introducers
• Negotiate with potential buyers 
• Preparation of detailed analysis and recommendations for offers received
• Collaborate with marketing functions to ensure that assets receive advertising exposure 
• Monitor asking prices and sale strategy 
• Monitor gross sales proceeds on a monthly basis
• Collect real estate data, information and statistics to help formulate and provide relevant and periodic reports to the management  
• Take part in business and technical discussions on on-going projects and provide regular input
• Scrutinize the property market and identify trends affecting assigned real estate assets 

Candidate Profile: 

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role 
• In-depth knowledge of local Real Estate market 
• Fluent in Greek and English 
• Strong communication and organisation skills
