KUL-T Boutiques are currently looking to recruit an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team.

Located on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, KULT is a string of boutiques which showcases both designer menswear and womenswear, while constantly striving to exceed expectations in the luxury retail environment. KULT began in 1998, with the aim of providing Thanos resorts and hotels’ guests an exclusive shopping experience, and then continued its journey into the cities with two standalone boutiques. Today’s four locations, KULT Almyra, KULT Anassa, KULT Limassol and KULT Nicosia are well established multi brand boutiques with international brands, showcased alongside emerging designers. Later this year, KULT will open two new locations: a spacious new boutique inside the seafront Tower One in Limassol plus in the new luxury Casino complex, City of Dreams Mediterranean. Our recent expansions mirror the need to constantly evolve and explore the new borders of cutting-edge fashion and trends. To Support with our digital expansion, we are looking for an E-Commerce coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Online product uploads

• Coordinating with team from online and ecommerce platforms on all discrepancies and issues

• Packing all e-commerce packages

• Coordinating with couriers for pick-up and returns

• Customer enquiries and complaints for E-Commerce

• Uploading items onto E-Commerce

• Based in the Limassol Store

Requirements:

• Degree in E-Commerce and marketing, business, information systems, or similar

• 2+ years of experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing and website management and E-Commerce usability.

• Experience in the fashion industry will be considered as an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-orientated and organized

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento

• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

• A flexible, approachable attitude with good creative and problem-solving skills

Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must have the right to work in Cyprus.
