Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire a CRM French Content Executiveto join our CRM Department.

Responsibilities:

• Designing copy for both on-site and off-site CRM communication channels that support the brand and generate results (i.e.: customer conversion, retention and reactivation)
• Leading conceptual thinking and development of campaign work for large calendar events and new recurring campaigns
• Defining and owning the company Tone Of Voice on a brand and market level
• Ensuring that the content is in line with market trends and regulations
• Leading copy execution for cross-channel and direct-marketing campaigns
• Working with designers to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
• Becoming an expert on brand positioning and awareness focusing on originality and differentiation
• Staying current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech
• Helping and supporting other CRM team members with daily tasks if needed
  

Desired Profile:

• Having passion for words and writing segmented content
• Experience with defining marketing personas using customer data and insights
• Fact-checking every piece of information you provide
• Being details oriented
• Ability to localise content based on country/region specificities
• Understand the concept of brand positioning and brand awareness
• Ability to accept feedback and think “brand first”
  

Requirements:

• Native French and Fluent English is a must
• Excellent writing and editing skills in French
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
• Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented with strong work ethic
• Problem solving skills
• Good social skills - ability to work with team members and other departments
• Experienced researcher using multiple sources
• Ability to meet deadlines
