Human Resources Department:

  • Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process including job specifications, sourcing applicants, conducting interviews, preparing offers & contracts;
  • Managing induction of new employees and the exit of leavers, including conducting exit interviews;
  • Coordinating the Summer Internship Program;
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies & procedures, as well as maintaining local HR policies as legislation requires;
  • Liaising with outsourced payroll provider in respect of employee information;
  • Communicating with clients in relation to their monthly preparation of payroll;
  • Creating the Employee Handbook, modifying the HR Manual and updating them;
  • Coordinating the appraisal process with Line Managers and Partners;
  • Assisting with the training/seminar procedures for employees;
  • Arranging and maintaining medical insurance plan;
  • Managing annual leave entitlement and absence requests;
  • Communicating the HR practises for employee engagement and satisfaction;
  • Liaising with professional bodies (Colleges, Universities) in regard to our ACCA Trainees and, monitoring and updating records for the ACCA courses;
  • Managing and updating personnel records.
