Human Resources Department:
- Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process including job specifications, sourcing applicants, conducting interviews, preparing offers & contracts;
- Managing induction of new employees and the exit of leavers, including conducting exit interviews;
- Coordinating the Summer Internship Program;
- Implementing and maintaining HR policies & procedures, as well as maintaining local HR policies as legislation requires;
- Liaising with outsourced payroll provider in respect of employee information;
- Communicating with clients in relation to their monthly preparation of payroll;
- Creating the Employee Handbook, modifying the HR Manual and updating them;
- Coordinating the appraisal process with Line Managers and Partners;
- Assisting with the training/seminar procedures for employees;
- Arranging and maintaining medical insurance plan;
- Managing annual leave entitlement and absence requests;
- Communicating the HR practises for employee engagement and satisfaction;
- Liaising with professional bodies (Colleges, Universities) in regard to our ACCA Trainees and, monitoring and updating records for the ACCA courses;
- Managing and updating personnel records.
