Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in a multinational IT company (HR administration, office manager, personal assistant, etc.);
  • Experience with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, 1-1 meetings, learning and development, satisfaction feedback, performance review, salary review, retention, offboarding);
  • Experience in the use and implementation of various HRIS systems;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English - written and spoken;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills: team player, loves people, and willing to help them;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise: problem-solving, Initiative, creative mindset, and suggest improvements.

Would be a great plus:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of Turkish language - written and spoken

What will your role look like?

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
  • Assist with onboarding and adaptation to newly hired employees;
  • Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected, maintained, and updated;
  • Maintain current HR files and databases;
  • Assist with the formulation and implementation of human resource policies and procedures;
  • Align HR processes with business objectives and needs;
  • Managing performance management, career/team change processes;
  • Work closely with the managers, for navigating and resolving employee relations issues, provide visibility on potential turnover risks, and create long-term retention solutions;
  • Organize training and coaching when necessary;
  • Record performance, grievance, and disciplinary information;
  • Work with analytics and key HR metrics to provide the best solutions based on data.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee events such as recognition awards, corporate parties, etc.;
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews;
  • Constant research and development of HR trends.
