Responsibilities:

• Supervision of waiters / waitresses in your designated area.

• Monitor duty schedules for the respective team.

• Provide the best, efficient and courteous customer service.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Help the Restaurant Manager maintain the smooth operation of the Hotel's restaurants so as to maintain the high standards of the Hotel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (2 – 3 years).

• Team player.

• Pleasant personality.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.

• Must be able to work with shifts and split shifts.

• Great interpersonal and Communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the English language.
